Nomination Forms

To obtain a nomination form for all positions:

• Email convocation@uwa.edu.au to receive a nomination form
  (please make sure you send your contact details including email, phone number and mailing address and also the name of the nomination form you would like to receive)
   
   
• Call the Convocation Office on +61 8 6488 3006 to have a nomination form mailed to you.

   
Note:  If the number of application forms exceeds the number of vacancies, contested elections are required and all eligible Convocation
          voters will receive voting papers in February 2010.

          If by the closing date of nomination, the number of nomination forms does not exceed the number of vacancies, all candidates will be
         deemed elected and their election will be announced at the First Ordinary Meeting of Convocation in March
