Terms of Office

Warden and Deputy Warden

Both positions are elected annually and run from March each year until the following March. Office holders are eligible for re-election at the end of their term.

Council Members
 
In 2010 there will be a total of ten vacancies on Council; seven 3-year term and three 2-year term positions.  Terms start and end in March. An elected member completing a term of office is eligible for re-election.

Convocation-elected Senators

The term of office is four years and starts and ends in March.  The maximum consecutive period of membership is 12 years unless Senate approves an increase in this period in view of exceptional circumstances.
